Hello!!

I am Dr. Brenda Ramos and I am a clinical psychologist with more than 11 years of experience, during which time I have helped many people to understand their emotions and be able to regulate them. For this, it is important that you spend time with your emotions and learn to know them well (after all, they are part of you!!). 

 

Based on my clinical experience and that of my clients, I have created this 30-day emotional diary, in which you can connect with your emotions and get to know them better, as well as learn regulation strategies.
